What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform full diagnostics and advanced mechanical repairs on muscle cars and custom builds
  • Fabricate and weld custom components for fit, function, and form
  • Lead projects from teardown through delivery, managing workflow and deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members and update clients on progress
  • Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 techs, sharing knowledge and fostering skill development
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment

 

Qualitifications:

  • High school diploma required; associate’s degree in automotive technology preferred
  • 10–15 years of hands-on experience in high-performance or restoration environments
  • Mastery of diagnostics, welding, fabrication, and drivetrain systems
  • Ability to manage complex custom projects independently
  • Deep knowledge of aftermarket parts, upgrades, and chassis tuning
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
